After a joint-project release in 2013 with rapper Cantrell, David garnered amentorship with ATCQ & Ali Shaheed Muhammad. David has been credited withhis first Grammy nomination from his album placement on Musiq Soulchild's & album Feel The Real ("One More Time"). David has experience in the audio postindustry, having served as network producer for NPR & Microphone Check show, with hosts Ali Shaheed and Frannie Kelley. David has 65+ published episodes on NPR.org/microphonecheck.
